Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current Free Access

All core features of ConnectPharmas B2B Portal — company listings, unlimited product listings, buyer inquiries, and featured placement — are currently provided free of charge. No payment is required to use the platform at this time, and this policy will apply if and when paid plans or premium services are introduced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Where a paid subscription or premium service is purchased:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The service or feature must not have been substantially availed or used during that period
• Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered or consumed (for example, a listing that has already been featured for its full duration)
• Promotional, discounted, or complimentary purchases are non-refundable unless required by law

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges; access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle already paid for, after which the account reverts to the Free plan. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless required by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the details below, quoting your registered email address, the transaction/invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction, via our payment gateway partner, within 7-10 business days of approval. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Services that have been fully delivered (e.g., a completed featured-listing period)
• Charges disputed after 7 days from the date of purchase
• Any third-party payment gateway processing fees, where applicable
