5. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

All core features of ConnectPharmas B2B Portal are currently available free of charge. Should paid subscription plans or premium features be introduced in the future, the following will apply:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full payment card details
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand
• Refunds and cancellations, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by M/s SAI MEDICAL STORE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConnectPharmas B2B Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
